BUND BOYS SENTENCED FOR VICHY ROBBERY Williar.i Crlder, Everett "Fussy Phelps and Earl Terrlll of Bland were sentenced to ten years In the penitentiary in 'lie Maries County Circuit Court at Vienna last Friday. They plead guilty of the robbery of the proprietor and five customers in the Moman restaurant at Vichy on Monday of last week. They made their e-icape In two automobiles with two slot machines but were apprehended on Tuesday and Wednesday of last week. One of them had a gun. The robtiery was staged about 9:00 p. in. am) Phelps was recognized by one of the customers present leading to their arrest. Officers secured a confession from Phelps, a piece of a slot machine being found in his car. The machines were broken open near the Dingley school house and netted the robbers about $40.00. They were then thrown in a creek south of Bland. Two other boys, alleged to be Roy Branson and Hadley Sterling, were with the two when the robbery was staged but they made their get-away and so far sb we ran learn have not been apprehended.Crider Is a married man, the others involved being single.
